Jane Allen

(Ballet, Pointe) Jane's early training came from the the Royal Academy System in Canada.  She danced and taught ballet and contemporary dance at the Western Dance Theater in Vancover, Canada.  She studied further in New York at the Merce Cunningham School and the Martha Graham School.

(Jazz, Jazz Fusion)  Miss Denise is new to our dance staff this fall, but certainly not new to dance.  Early training was held at Benjamin School of Dance and New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA).  She is a dedicated teacher and choreographer with a vast variety of dance experience.

Chandra Irvin

(Musical Theatre) Chandra studied many forms of dance including ballet, pointework, lyrical, clogging, and Broadway-style tap and jazz.  She has trained under many instructors including Gayla Chilton,  and Karen Buchholz-DePriest. She was a choreographer for the HCCT's recent summer family musical Brigadoon. She also choreographed productions of The Hobbit (2005) and The 1940's Radio Hour (2006).

(Creative Movement) A product of Harmony School’s dance department, Miss Abby Jo is excited to have this opportunity to work with our young dancers to encourage their growth and development toward a life-long love of dance.

Shannon Turrentine

(Creative Movement) Shannon is back for her third year as one of two teachers of the Creative Movement classes this fall. She has a great love for children.
