Lynda has been part of the Harmony music faculty since 2011. Her love of piano was influenced by her grandmother, a music conservatory graduate, who was still teaching piano lessons when at the age of 103. Lynda inherited her grandmother's students in 1979, upon her grandmother's retirement. Lynda enjoys working with piano students and especially loves to see the smile when they enjoy playing a song. She graduated from Concordia University with a bachelor of business . Her studies at Concordia also included music coursework in piano, organ, and guitar. Lynda has also earned master degrees with an emphasis in accounting, marketing, and clinical mental health. She is pursuing a doctorate in clinical mental health, with an emphasis in music therapy as she believes that music heals the soul.
