During the day the Festival takes place at Harmony School of Creative Arts. Participating Musicians are assigned to small chamber music groups. Group sizes vary from two to ten, accommodating musicians of all instruments and skill level. These chamber groups are given several pieces of music from the genres of: classical, jazz/modern, praise & worship, and folk. Throughout the week groups will spend time in both private rehearsals and master class perfecting their given works. Students are encouraged to arrange their pieces to reflect the groups individuals while maintaining the integrity of the original piece. Rehearsal and Master Classes are conducted by the Festival Clinicians. The Clinicians are all outstanding soloists, as well as chamber musicians. The Clinicians are there to guide the musicians through the musical journey for the week, helping them make the music their own.
Once the sun begins to set, the curtain goes up!
